with Eagle.

Description: Was sold to me as an Autographed Letter Signed by 
Mr. Jonathan Williams, first Superintendent of the West Point Military 
Academy. The letter is signed Jonathan Williams, Boston. Letter is made
out to Samuel Wharton. Could that be the right man? 
Caution: Don't buy it if you doubt its authenticity.
